Long tables by the pool at sunset, a ceremony under the palm trees, cocktails in the olive grove, dinner in the gardens or under a draped tent, then dancing by the water: the estate offers a different scene for every moment of the evening. Lounges with stone fireplaces and candlelit terraces keep the night warm in winter.
The chef cooks seasonal produce from the estate's kitchen garden and local farms, much of it over an open wood fire: starters to share, grilled sea bass, beef, lamb roasted for seven hours, giant paellas and seasonal desserts. A refined Moroccan menu and finger food for cocktails are also available.
