The setting

Upstairs, the private terrace is the heart of the apartment: turquoise zellige, a shaded lounge under a reed pergola, a bar corner with a small fridge and Nespresso machine, an outdoor shower and the jacuzzi, all facing the Atlas. Two balconies complete the picture, one facing south toward the mountains, the other overlooking a botanical garden. The residence also has a large rooftop pool with sun loungers and panoramic views over the city.

The open-plan living space brings together several lounges, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, with wide bay windows onto the balcony.
