The Marrakech Curator operates as an intermediary in short-term rental bookings and as a bespoke concierge service in Marrakech, Morocco.

AD Collection connects its clients with independent villa and riad owners, and with local providers (private chefs, drivers, guides, excursion organisers). The Marrakech Curator is not a travel agency within the meaning of Article L. 211-1 of the French Tourism Code and does not sell packaged tours.

Each booking results in a direct contract between the client and the relevant service provider (property owner, chef, driver, etc.). The role of The Marrakech Curator is strictly limited to recommendation, coordination and assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, photographs, videos, logos, illustrations, icons, structure, design, brand name) is the exclusive property of AD Collection or its partners, and is protected under French and international intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of AD Collection, except for uses permitted by Article L. 122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Unauthorised use shall be considered infringement and may give rise to legal proceedings.

"The Marrakech Curator" is a commercial trademark used by AD Collection. Any use of this trademark without the express consent of its holder is prohibited.
