Eating well at a private villa in Marrakech is one of the highlights of the experience. A good private chef does not just provide food — they free you from logistics, transform your terrace or dining room into a proper restaurant, and add a layer of luxury that makes the villa feel entirely different.
We match you with a private chef based on your preferences, group size, the type of cuisine you want, and the occasion. Before any booking, we brief the chef directly — dietary requirements, dislikes or allergies, the atmosphere you want, the formality of service. The chef arrives at the villa, uses the kitchen, and handles everything from preparation to service and clearing up.
You choose whether you want a single dinner, breakfast service throughout your stay, or a full board arrangement. We handle all coordination. There is nothing to organise on the day.
We work with a curated group of private chefs who specialise in different cuisines. For traditional Moroccan cooking, we have chefs who have trained in some of Marrakech’s finest kitchens and know the cuisine from the ground up — proper tagines, slow-cooked pastilla, the kind of couscous that takes hours to prepare correctly. For Mediterranean and international menus, we have chefs with broader training equally comfortable with a refined Italian dinner or a light contemporary spread.
All our chefs have been vetted personally. We have eaten their food.
Moroccan feasts — multi-course meals centred on the great dishes of Moroccan cuisine, served in the traditional style with shared plates and mint tea. Contemporary Mediterranean cooking — lighter, ingredient-driven menus using fresh produce from the Marrakech souks. International menus for groups where preferences vary. Breakfast service with fresh pastries, eggs, fruit and coffee prepared at the villa each morning. And formal private dining dinners with multi-course service adapted to the setting.
If you are celebrating a birthday, an anniversary, or any occasion that warrants something special, tell us and we will brief the chef accordingly. We can coordinate on presentation, a specific dish that means something to you, or a full themed dinner.
