Private transfers and concierge support are two of the most practical services we offer — and two of the most underestimated. The difference between a smooth stay and a stressful one often comes down to how the logistics are handled, particularly on arrival. We take care of that.
Arriving in Marrakech should feel effortless. We arrange private, door-to-door transfers between Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) and your villa or riad, handled by a professional, English-speaking driver in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle.
Your driver will be waiting at arrivals with your name clearly displayed. There are no meters, no negotiations at the taxi rank, and no waiting around. We monitor your flight in real time — if your arrival is delayed, your driver adjusts accordingly. The fare is agreed in advance, in writing, before you travel.
The same applies on departure. We coordinate pick-up times based on your flight and ensure you leave the villa with enough time to reach the airport comfortably, with no last-minute scrambling.
Beyond the airport run, we can arrange a dedicated private driver for the full duration of your stay. Whether you need a vehicle for a single day trip to the Atlas Mountains or a driver on standby throughout your trip, we tailor the arrangement to what works for your group.
Our drivers are discreet, punctual, and familiar with both the city and the surrounding region. They are not tour guides — but many are happy to share local knowledge when asked. All vehicles are private, comfortable, and well-maintained.
A private driver is particularly useful for groups with young children, guests who prefer not to navigate the medina on foot, or anyone planning to explore beyond Marrakech. The Ourika Valley, Essaouira, and the High Atlas passes are all within a comfortable day's drive.

We act as your single point of contact throughout the trip. Before you arrive, we share a tailored briefing covering your villa, the neighbourhood, and how to get the most out of your time in Marrakech. Restaurant reservations, hammam bookings, a masseuse at the villa, a trusted local guide for the souks — we handle all of it in advance if you want, or respond quickly during your stay if plans evolve.
During your stay, we're reachable directly — not via a call centre, not through a booking platform. If something is wrong at the villa, we deal with the owner. If your plans change and you need a last-minute driver or an activity arranged quickly, we move fast.
We don't offer a 24-hour hotline staffed by strangers. We offer something more useful: a real person who knows Marrakech, knows your villa, and picks up the phone.
Our concierge and transfer service typically includes: private airport transfer on arrival and departure; a direct WhatsApp or phone contact for the duration of your stay; restaurant reservations and local recommendations; coordination with villa staff or the owner if any issues arise; driver bookings for day trips or city use; and guidance on local suppliers, markets, and activities. Additional requests are handled case by case — if it is possible in Marrakech, we will find a way to arrange it.
Marrakech taxis operate on negotiated fares unless you specifically insist on the meter — and even then, the experience can be unpredictable after a long flight. Ride-hailing apps work intermittently in Marrakech and are not always reliable for airport pickups, particularly during busy periods.
A pre-arranged private transfer means your driver is confirmed, your vehicle is air-conditioned, your fare is fixed in advance, and your arrival in Marrakech is calm and collected.
