We always recommend a villa that gives your group room to breathe. Feeling crowded in a shared space is one of the fastest ways to take the shine off an event. Look for multiple living areas, enough bathrooms for the group size, and outdoor spaces where people can spread out.

Layout and Flow

For celebrations, the layout of the villa matters as much as the size. Think about how people will move through the space during the event. Is there a natural flow from indoor to outdoor? Can you set up a dining area by the pool without blocking the path to the garden? Is there a rooftop terrace for drinks at sunset?

Marrakech has become one of the most popular hen party destinations in the world, and for good reason. Logistics and Practical Considerations

Getting There

Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) is well connected to major European cities with direct flights from London, Paris, Madrid, Amsterdam, Brussels, and many others. Flight times range from three to four hours, making it realistic for a long weekend.

We arrange private airport transfers for all guests, either individually or as a group, depending on arrival times. Transfers take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to most villa locations.

Group Coordination

Managing a group trip can be stressful, especially when guests are arriving from different cities on different flights. We help with logistics planning, including a shared itinerary, WhatsApp group coordination, and a single point of contact for all guest queries.

For the organiser, this means you can focus on enjoying the trip rather than managing it. For the guests, it means clear information and reliable support from the moment they land.

Budget Planning

We help you plan a realistic budget based on the size of your group, the type of event, and the level of service you want. A typical celebration trip for a group of 12 staying four nights in a private villa, with a welcome dinner, one excursion, and a main event dinner with chef and decoration, represents excellent value compared to equivalent experiences in Southern Europe or the Caribbean.

We provide transparent costings for each element and help you prioritise based on what matters most to your group.

Timing and Booking

For group celebrations, we recommend getting in touch at least six months in advance, and ideally nine to twelve months for weddings or peak-season events. The best villas book up quickly, especially during October to April, and securing your preferred dates early gives us the most flexibility to plan everything properly.

Last-minute celebrations can sometimes be arranged, but the choice of villas and suppliers will be more limited.
